No change - FSA to FCA Systems
The FCA will continue to use the existing FSA systems, and the way Firms use them will not change. Firm reference numbers, individual reference numbers and user logins will stay the same, and no systems are being replaced. The contact centre telephone number for firms will also remain the same.
From 1 April most FSA systems will be updated to show the new FCA and Prudential Regulation Authority logos and branding. In some cases, there may be out of date links, which will redirect to the homepages of the Handbook and FCA websites for a temporary period until the system is updated.
The home pages for the FSA online systems will move to the FCA website and links will also be available on the PRA website. The FSA/FCA will publish further information on the individual system pages over the next few months.
As yet though there has been no guidance on what the new regulatory statement will be so no changes to your stationery can be made yet.
